2.What shipping methods are available?

Plants and other accessories that are suitable for palletised shipping have a specific delivery amount, which you can check next to the product.
For plants that do not qualify for pallet dispatch due to their height, we offer the option of selecting a delivery province in the drop-down menu. In this case, transport is carried out via our company transport or shipping company.

3.Will I receive care instructions for the plants I have purchased?

Yes, we include detailed care information with every plant. If you need additional guidance - our team will be happy to help you.

4.How long does it take to process an order and deliver the plants?

Standard dispatch time for your order is 48 hours after payment has been credited. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5.How can I track the status of my order?

If your order has been shipped via courier, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link and your order number. In the case of delivery by our company transport, we will be in constant telephone contact to keep you informed of the expected delivery time and any changes.

6.Do you offer a planting service for plants purchased from the shop?

Yes, we offer a planting service. The price depends on the quantity and size of the plants. If you are interested, please contact us.

7.Is it possible to visualise a plant of my choice in my garden or on my terrace?

Yes, we offer a visualisation service to help you see how your chosen plant will look in your space - whether in the garden or on the terrace. We will prepare a realistic image based on the photos you send us. To use this service, please send your images and enquiry to sklep@twojapalma.pl.

8.Do you offer winter protection for plants?

Yes, you will find ready-made winter covers in our offer. We also offer a cover installation service.

9.Do you deliver plants abroad?


Yes, we deliver plants abroad. The form of delivery depends on the height of the plants, similar to deliveries within Poland. Please contact us for a quote for overseas delivery.
